Sets the minimum stat value to the maximum value on multitools, ships and freighters. Also has lua. Lua is honestly the intended way to use this.
More technical: Made script based off a script from Guardian9978 (I think was his name). Just takes the min value for each entry and sets it to the max. Yay, it works.
