About
"The Prankster Pursuit" adds a short mission to the game about pursuing a pesky Gek who keeps prank calling your Starship communication device. It's the result of a few days understanding the mission data files in order to create something completely new and bring a bit more life into the No Man's Sky universe in the form of a secondary "short-story" mission.
The mission in total will only take about 15 to 30 minutes to complete.
Polite reminder to please BACK UP YOUR SAVES before attempting to mod your game.
How to Play
- Unzip the download and drag the PRANKSTORY.pak file into your "No Man's Sky/GAMEDATA/PCBANKS/MODS" folder.
- If you haven't already, rename/remove the "No Man's Sky/GAMEDATA/PCBANKS/DISABLEMODS.txt" file.
You need to have warped at least 10 times before the "The Prankster Pursuit" mission will start.
The quest will either appear in your Mission Log, or you will receive a communication transmission when flying your starship in space.
Mod Conflicts
This mod is based on top of the Aquarius 5.12 update. Be aware that attempting to try this mod after this update may cause unpredictable outcomes.
The following files are changed in this mod, please be mindful when using other mods that affect the same files. BACK UP YOUR SAVES before attempting to install any new mod such as this one.

I am using this to add an additional LOC resource for all the display text used in this mod. - METADATA/SIMULATION/MISSIONS/TABLES/WATERMISSIONTABLE.MBIN
I am appending all new missions in this mod to this existing mission table.
