I was tired of the original Oblivion Launcher so I made a new one that is Anime themed.
I don't know who originally composed the music, it was just flying around my HDD and I don't remember where I got it from so the credit for it and the images I used go to the original authors!
Just unpack the two files into your main directory and you're good to go^^
