As that Very Cool Mod adds a set of Bonemold Armor for Modryn Oreyn to wear.
Try one of two things, first try just loading my mod "After", SPARTAN VIs Diverse City Guards.
If that does not work, my work around with this was to open the CS and remove the Bonemold Armor from Modryn's inventory, and then make sure this mod loads "After" SPARTAN VIs Diverse City Guards.
If you load your save after doing all of this, and Modryn is still wearing the bonemold armor, do a console resurrect on Modryn and he then should be wearing Ebony after that.
Other than that I know of no other conflicts except those already discussed in this comments section.
I never used the Knights of the White Stallion mod, but I used to stop in and hang out with her sometimes, and I was always bummed when she was gone, and I presumed dead.
She is of the Knight class now and offset 15 levels above the player, and set to respawn.
So if she dies she will show up again after a few days.
Black Brugo is of the Bandit Boss class and offset 25, so he is a nasty Orc with a mean disposition now, so be careful when you go do that part of the quest.
I have never played an Orc character before, and I had playing one in mind when I made him so I could get the weapons and armor set he is wearing, and the fact that I like a good fight and am not a fan of leveling.. lol
I feel that if you are good enough to beat the bad guy no matter at what level you are that you should get the best gear.
So I would say poisons and paralyzation are a good way to go after Black Brugo for sure.. lol
Should not conflict with Knights of the White Stallion. The only thing that should happen, IMHO, is that she probably won't wear the White Stallion armor. On the other hand, she probably won't die as easy when she is making her rounds to keep the Black Bow Bandits cleared out with this mod active. I actually had her die once after the fight with Mogens Wind-Shifter. I use MMM and there was a spawn point on her path to return to the castle.

Thank you for your comments, I felt the same as you did when I first saw them both.
I thought they were both pitiful and warranted a better representation in the game with out a doubt.

If it alters her stats and makes her wear a certain armor weapons set it may.
Try it and see, just be sure you are using OBMM to load your mods.
It may or may not be a problem, if you try it please post back here and let me know how it goes..
