I do not know if this is a bug or designed so I'll ask. The end of the dungeon, there are several chests. Supposedly I should be able to open any single one of them. The only one I could open is the one with the hammer though. Should I be able to choose to open one of the others instead?

I know this is a bit late, but I've started modding again a bit, lately, so I'll look into that issue with the chests. It does sound like an incompatability issue though, as whatever I try I can't reproduce it :/
You should have been able to open any of the chests, but you can only pick one with the key you receive.
If it doesn't work correctly I have no idea why, I tested that alot since it had issues earlier. I might look into it if I ever feel like modding again ">
-Part of the dungeon where roots are supposed to close you in has been redone with Shivering Isles 'items' -Final reward 'mechanism' has been fixed - it gave out more than it should in v1.0 -A bit of polishing as far as the dungeon goes - Traps have been added to the first level.
