   I have the exact same problem, and no, saving, exiting the game, unloading the *.esp,starting game again, saving, reloading the *.esp and loading the game again didn't work. So...yeah. Bummer.

   I have the same problem, and doing that ("Save the game, unload the module then restart the game. In there save the game again and finally add the module again") don´t fix it ">
   
   P.S.: where you say "restart the game" I assume you mean "load your previous saved game".

   Save the game, unload the module then restart the game. In there save the game again and finally add the module again. now the new option should be available.
