The most likely cause of this problem would be missing meshes. Missing meshes can cause CTDs.
The first thing to look at is whether or not you have Shivering Isles installed.
The second thing to look at is whether you have the meshes and textures installed to the proper directories. You can either reinstall the meshes and textures on top of your current install, or open two windows in Windows Explorer and carefully compare the directory trees of the compressed downloaded file with your game directories. They must both have exactly the same structure as the compressed downloaded file.
I've encountered a major problem, (I'll message you on the forums if you still get on the forums, seeing as how it's '11 and the last comment was a few months ago. .-.) Upon attempting to enter the second entrance of the Ruin, my game crashes every time.
I don't know if there was a problem with the extraction of the files, or if I just put something where it wasn't supposed to. But I most likely got it all straight seeing as how the second entrance was there in the first place.
If you could look into this, that'd be great. Once again, I'll message you on the forums.
I wouldn't state that the other mod is an "original" and imply that this one is a copycat. The other mod is a retexture of a vanilla SI sword. This mod is a changing of the stats of the vanilla SI blade and leaving the model and texture alone, and also the adding of a new dungeon.
The two mods have totally different goals and do completely different things to the game.
But thanks for posting the link. People who like the sword Shadowrend, may enjoy downloading that mod.

His mod has 3 Overpowered Sigil Stones and from that only 2 stones are useful but only 1 stone makes sence .
Could you please try to fix the enchantments on those stones?
Never Mind I Changed Them Myself
I Have That Mod Too But I Did'nt Like It
