I have created this mod because i liked Armand Christoph's house so i have decided that i should have a similar home for myself. Hope you enjoy my first mod, it's very simple and basic. If you have suggestions please share them with me. Enjoy

I have not changed the containers respawn option in the previous release. I am sorry for that. So if you have stored your stuff inside please go an pick them up before the respawn begins.

-added and removed some clutter and furniture
-added miniature statues of the Nine and a Bust
-added new crates
-added a hidden safe in the second room that contains Dark Brotherhood Robe and Hood.
-some minor clipping issues resolved

Another minor fix for the edges of the door. i just spotted the problem and fixed it quick so that i can upload the good file.

Extract and put the file in the data folder in Oblivion directory. If the renamed file bothers you, just rename it in to ImperialCityWaterfrontHouse and then there will be no more pop up in-game saying that the Game relies on data that is no longer present.
