Nice work on this. Good to see people are still crafting dank estates in Oblivion.
I've never mucked about with mod-creating myself, but I'm tempted to try my hand at placing the castle in a new place (given your instructions), just to see what happens.
You may remove the conflict warning concerning Castle Domrose; using Stonehill (Chorrol) and Domrose causes no issues; both castles are built far enough from each other.
Thanks. I will release a new version today (v1.1), which carries a minor bug fix on the Chorrol version, where a tree would pop in the north-west tower. Also, most servants will now offer new free services if you become Lord. I will also update the information regarding compatibility issues.
The price is there to justify the size and the various services, respawnable containers (with highly valuable armor and weapon). Rosethorn Hall costs 45.000 - 50.000.
In my old Oblivion save I had about 500.000 Septims. At higher levels it is very easy to make tens of thousands of Septims a day if you explore ruins and sell all the valuable items. They respawn anyway
