    Totally works, only through OBSE though, as it's stated.
    If you start the game via the default launcher, alt+tab crashes it. Is there any way to fix that?

    i'm sad to say that it doesn't work for me and i only use a couple mods that improve how the charcters look and upscale some textures

      I suggest using OneTweak. It works great for me.

      Word of advice for anyone thinking to use OneTweak: It works as intended, but so does Oblivion. Running the game in borderless window makes it impossible to adjust the brightness In Game. Thus if you want to change the brightness you have to adjust your MONITOR. I had to spend an hour figuring out how to edit this setting out (ended up fixing it via the oblivion.ini file in documents/mygames/oblivion) since I use a TV and not a "proper PC monitor". It's not going to ruin the experience, it's just a pita if you end up not liking the brightness settings when switched to Windowed Mode.

      Nothing forces you to use the borderless mode
      i use OneTweak with exclusive fullscreen, it's fixing the inventory alt tab bug and double cursor bug

    I have no other mods what so ever save for the script extender. I alt tab and try and go back to the game and immediately CTD.

      I'm still using OneTweak and it works well for me. You could give it a try if this mod isn't working for you.

      Is it safe to use Menu Alt-Tab Crash Fix + OneTweak at the same time?

      I tested them both briefly and didn't encounter any problems. Both plugins do different things so they shouldn't conflict. I'm also using version 6.5.0 of Oblivion Reloaded and haven't had any issues either since Oblivion Reloaded is listed as incompatible with this mod. Maybe the later versions are incompatible?  One thing to note about Onetweak is that it features a borderless window mode so that Oblivion is paused when alt+tabbing. If Oblivion is left in this paused state for a long period of time, (maybe an hour or so) the game freezes/soft locks and you usually have to kill it via task manager. Just something to keep in mind.

    I got a black screen when I alt-tab :(  Even removing the mod won't fix it. Any help, please?
    my plugin is Oblivion Stutter Remover, EngineBugFixes,  NVAC but no oblivion reloaded

      Fix it! looks like it was incompatible with Oblivion Graphics Extender at Oblivion Nexus - mods and community (nexusmods.com).

      Oblivion Reloaded supersedes OBGE, so you may want to use that instead of OBGE. It is, however, listed as incompatible with this mod. I still use OneTweak without any issues so you may want to give that mod a try as an alternative to this one.

    Three years and four months old.....and you are still a genius.  This was making me insane.  +1 internets to you!

    Installed with Wyre Bash on recently installed HEAVILY modded game.  Greasy good from try #1. :)
