The description implies that this mod was assimilated by Morroblivion itself already? That's why the newest file is only 300 KB? Or is the newest file just a patch to cut items?
Since it's bugged on 065 - I'm cherrypickind visual mods that i like that still work, rn I can't find the smooth redoran architecture textures that were included in this mod, any clues where I can get them or how can I extract them from the mod (which folders to steal?)

The Lands of Solstheim Vvardenfell and Mournhold - SoVvM br3 is a completely different mod to Morroblivion in a completely different world space. Technically you could run both Morroblivion & 'Lands of Solstheim etc' at the same time because as I said, they occupy different world spaces, but Morroblivion Improved NEEDS Morrowind_ob.esm as a master and will ONLY effect the Morroblivion worldspace not 'The Lands of Solstheim Vvardenfell and Mournhold - SoVvM br3'.
It breaks at least the MQ in at least two places. Specifically, the door to Seyda Neen out of the Excise office is never unlocked, and Nibani Maesa's dialogue is bugged and unable to progress. For the latter, some references in morroblivion 065 aren't carried over with the icon replacement for quests, I guess. I assume there are also many other broken quests that I didn't encounter before I removed the mod. Hoping my game will still be playable after removing it mid playthrough, but never a good idea.
so I don't recommend using it until it gets updated

Are you using Morroblivion v064 or v065, because Morroblivion Improved was made for v064 NOT v065. I am sure there are ID reference changes etc between v064 and v065 which would cause errors in Morroblivion Improved. You might have to wait until a fixed version to be used with v065 is released.
Also, if you look at Juju81500 post below, he offered a solution for the problem with census office door not opening. He determined that if you move Morroblivion Improved.esp to load between Morrowind_ob.esp and Morrowind_ob - Chargen and Transport Mod, it fixed the census office door. Juju81500 said that Morroblivion Improved conflicts with Morrowind_ob - Chargen and Transport Mod.
Whether this will also fix the other bug you encountered with Nibani Maesa's dialogue being bugged.... I'm not sure... it might.... try it.
The bug you are talking about..... is it the same bug that was in Morrowind carried over that was documented here.
Have you all tried installing the mod without the plugin? You’ll miss some features, but most of the graphics upgrades ought to work. May help with version compatibility issues.

I was looking forward to use your merge and thus save slots in wryebash but i have a problem with census office door not opening. Quest is starting ok, i get the 87 gold coins but then cannot open the door (locked).
As soon as i untick plugin from wrye, door is opening fine. I have many morroblivion mods but all grabbed from Morroblivion.com and up to date (running fine on v64). I run All unofficial patches (2017+unified + latest patches ).
No matter if i remove all other morroblivion plugins or not , as soon as i include this mod it in load order, door stays locked. I have tested with only morroblivion core + UOP + Morro Improved and same problem.
I can go out through the docks and jump in water but you know... not really nice cheating to overcome a bug from the very beginning of Morrowind main quest....
Any idear about what is causing this issue? . Thx anyway for this mod and all the work behind !
DT will have to answer your question, but fwiw you could install this mod without the plugin and still get the visual upgrade.
I may as well check if you’re sorting your load order, and if you’re building your Bashed Patch. You may have to sort this one manually or edit the masterlist yourself.
I followed Diana's Step guide to build up Morroblivion... My load order is based on the guide recommendations + recommendations from authors for a few plugins. Everything esle if fine in my buildup game (stability, FPS, no missing meshes or textures, no stange behaviours). I don't use Loot or Boss, because i have 235 active esps in my game and both of them are just doing crazy things with plugins (especially the unknown ones). Yes I use bash patch.
Anyway i come back with good news for anybody experiencing this issue starting a new game, here is the solution :

Could the Census and Excise Office Fix for Morroblivion https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/49764 also fix the issue with the locked door.
I wonder if you would still get the same "conflict issue" if you instead removed the Unified Hotfix (there have been some reported issues with it), did you happen to check with TES4EDIT to see if you can see any conflicting records....
Also if there is indeed a conflict between Morroblivion Improved and the Chargen and Transport plugin then I think Morroblivion.com need to be informed because they are about to release v065 which may have some parts of this mod and / or some parts of Chargen and Transport mod merged into the CORE Morroblivion v065, bugging it.
I believe the Morroblivion.com site could be temporarily down because they are about to release v065 of Morroblivion and so they are probably updating the site with the new v065 links and removing the old v064 links.

You merged "Oblivion Style Quest icons.esp" into MIP so I uninstalled Oblivion Style Quest icons.esp (I use Wrye Bash). I assume it would have conflicted with MIP. I am guessing that I don't need to uninstall the other mods you merged such as "Sacks Improved" because none of them had plugins, only textures / meshes that would just be overwritten since they are the same files. Also will MIP be compatible with Morroblivion v0.65, all even better included in v0.65. Any idea when v0.65 will be released. I assume all of the Morroblivion unofficial patches, bug fixes, hot-fixes, extra files / plugins will be included so will be a much simpler installation.
To try and reduce the number of plugins I merged some of the Morroblivion files such as:
Morroblivion Potion Replacer.esp Morroblivion_Seyda Neen Improved Path Grids.esp Ebonheart Path Grids Improved.esp Morrowind_ob - Like Son, Like Mother.esp morroblivion-brighter-lanterns.esp
.....into one merged .esp. Hope this is ok. I figured it was OK because Wrye Bash flagged it as mergable into the Bashed Patch. I am loading this merged .esp after "morroblivion-lights-and-darkness.esp" because morroblivion-brighter-lanterns.esp (in merge) needs to load after. And I am loading both after your Morroblivion Improved.esp.
Would it be safe to merge MOB_NoHavok_Bottles_and Cluter.esp and MOB_FastTravel_Cheat.esp too because Wrye Bash flagged them as mergable into the Bashed Patch as well.

I wonder if you would still get the same "conflict issue" if you instead removed the Unified Hotfix (there have been some reported issues with it), did you happen to check with TES4EDIT to see if you can see any conflicting records....
