   Your work is mostly reliable and flawless so I will try your Patch.....Thanks for it as the Patch was needed......Although i think  making compatibility between "Weather All Natural" and GOSH "Region Ambiance" is some what headache and time consuming work which i think most  Modder's won,t do because they are quite busy on their respective projects, but i think some one will do it in the Future if the Oblivion Gamer's Community demand it

   Quick question: this fix allows to keep GOSH's region ambiance sounds esp activated together with all natural right?

      No, that is not what it does. It only resolves the 4 conflicts between All Natural.esp and GOSH.esp.
      
      I will clarify that in the description.
