For those of you that use Reflect Begone https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/51734 a note that Replace Reflect and Absorb is now a complete version of Reflect Begone, deprecating Reflect Begone. Please use Replace Reflect and Absorb instead.
All right, you've talked me into it: I've uploaded an all-DLC version. I haven't really tested it to make sure I got absolutely everything, so it's possible I missed something.
If that's the case, please let me know and I'll get that fixed ASAP!

Is your reflect replacement better than that one? As in, does your mod actually remove reflect globally? The mod I use to do reflect removal is an older mod and has missed a LOT of reflect sources. My friend, your explanation is kind of vague, could you please clarify if your mod is a global reflect remover?
I love the concept, and if its indeed global, I will replace the mod I currently use with yours, gladly. <3

Vanilla atronach: 15% reflect damage Atronach with my mod: 15pts shield
Vanilla lich: 25% resist magic, 25% spell absorption, and 25% spell reflection Lich with my mod: 75% resist magic
A special case would be xivilai, which normally have stunted magicka and 50% spell absorption to regenerate magicka; my mod gives xivilai 50% resist magic and removes the stunted magicka passive so they can still use spells.
The only instances of reflection I left in the game were PC-exclusive powers and ingredients in case someone still wants to create their own custom spells/enchantments/potions with reflection.
Also, only the base game and SI are affected by this mod; other DLC like KotN are untouched, so things like Shield of the Crusader and Umaril still have reflection.
But I COULD make a version of this mod that includes all the DLC if someone really, really wanted me to...
