For some reason having this mod enabled deleted the vampires in Fanacas, Carmala and Naso. Deleting this mod and all the vampires are back.
Not sure why this is happening, maybe because i'm level 4 and maybe this mod plays with the level spawns? Or maybe it's quest related. Any information would be great thanks
dungeon operation is based on which dungeons i did a lot of set dressing for, added/modified rooms, or faction occupation. some dungeons are untouched prior to the vampire destroyer quest.
in the case of the above dungeons, until you start the related quest, they operate as normal, with whatever vampire NPC's occupy the dungeon in the base game. once you start the quest, i disable all ingame vampire NPC/creatures and enable the faction that is occupying the dungeon during that quest. i also enable objects, such as books, weapons, quest items, etc.
some dungeons that i made a number of changes for, i deleted base game vampires, and placed faction vampires and other items to enhance the atmosphere, these dungeons i place blockers to prevent you from entering prior to the quest, the block being disabled when you are on the quest.
dungeons also do not respawn vampires, once you clean out that dungeon, if you go back there, there will be no vampires to kill.
Azrael will get in his armor but wont leave sweetwater to come to the fort nor are there any dialogue options to advance anything so im stuck until i can figure out how to progress.
Azrael id: VHAzraelRef, White Fang id: VHXRidableWolfRef, Black Sun quest: VH06BlackSun
from console: getstage vh06blacksun. for stage 40 azrael should have his armor, weapon and shield. for stage 42 he needs to be near white fang. stage 45 he should be riding white fang, locate you, and get stage update that Azrael is ready to go.
VH06BlackSun quest variable azraelfollowfortredwater controls Azrael's packages. Stage 30 sets it to 1, equips armor sets to 2, adds weapon/shield sets to 3, stage 60 sets to 4
does Azrael get his weapon and shield?, if so azraelfollowfortredwater is 3, his package should have him mount white fang and follow you to redwater. you may try from console, select Azrael, type evp, return. that is supposed to make Azrael evaluate his packages, may take a few seconds.
if still no luck provide azraelfollowfortredwater and stage, also is white fang on the hill by the large rock, near the porch of sweetwater.
Azrael should ride white fang and follow you to fort redwater. do not outrun him as he often stops to kill bandits or mudcrabs. when you all get to redwater, should set stage 60, and quest log update, ready to investigate. after you kill all the Harkon and still in redwater, azrael should approach you and offer you white fang.
He still wont get his sword and shield nor will he move from where he is no matter what stage it is, if i set it to 60 is says he is ready to travel with me but still doesnt do anything
it might help if you could give me the status of the two variables I asked for to know where you are at in the game when it hangs. from console type, sqv vh06blacksun. then provide me the stage and azraelfollowfortredwater value.
whatever you try it needs to be for a save prior to you setting any variables. as you play, when the game hangs get the two variables. you state you have set the stage to 60, so that game may not work for trying the things below.
will try to help anyway. with the sqv information here is where you would be in the quest. after azrael agrees to accompany you to redwater, you should get a log update that he ' thinks fort redwater may be the blood on the panther'. that is stage 30. this should set azraelfollowfortredwater to 1 and azrael will get his armor. after he gets his armor azraelfollowfortredwater is set to 2 and stage is set to 35, this initiates a package to cause him to get his weapons, he is supposed to travel close to his weapon, razor edge, add it to his inventory, this is where your game is hanging i think.
looks like azrael is not evaluating his package or he is stuck where he is standing after the adds his armor. he is supposed to travel to get his weapon, but since the war chest is right beneath his weapon, maybe the game is hanging, you may try shoving him away from his war chest, and see if he will start moving upstairs to get his weapon. or shove him closer to razor edge which is on the second floor, and see if the game will update, azrael getting his weapon from the first floor. may try to go to console, select azrael and type "evp" to get him to update packages.
you might try from console type, "set vh06blacksun.azraelfollowfortredwater to 3" and "setstage vh06blacksun 40" azrael should proceed to mount white fang. he will not have his weapon and shield so you may need to give him a weapon.
After doing all that I've gotten azrael to run between his upstairs and downstairs looking for his weapon but I think I may have stolen that weapon a while ago that might be what he's stuck on, any chance I can just spawn in a new one and put it in his chest?
Thanks for being patient in my responding, and am glad you were able to get past that part. the fort redwater dungeon has some fun stuff, so take a little time, and enjoy the boss fight.
First I want to say this mod is pretty incredible. I do have an issue with the Hammer and Axe door not working. There's no prompt or anything. I can get in with commands so it's not the biggest issue. How long does it take Fjotreid to upgrade my weapons? I've spent probably 5 days waiting and nothing. Thanks again for the great mod!
not sure why the door is not working or locked. that happened with the bookstore in market district also. if anyone had an idea maybe i could fix it, not real sure i am causing it.
it should take 2 full days for the upgrade, you should get a message that 'your weapon is ready', so you can go about your adventure and wait for the message.
to troubleshoot, from console type: sqv vhunt. look for the up... variables. upitem: 0 none, 1 bow, 2 dagger, 3 blade upweap: tracks total number of upgrades, 6 max uprequest: 0 reset, 1 upgrading, 2 ready to pick up up(weapon type): 0 base, 1 first upgd, 2 second upgd
not sure which weapon your surrendered, i assume it was removed from inventory. does Fjotried have topics that indicate he is working on a weapon?

Sorry, no spell, you must go through the sewers, but i tried to make it close to the entrance.
There are two teleporters in sanctuary. one, the 'eye of zenither' in the main area, large symbol on wall with smoking orb takes you to the market district, to sell stuff. the other in the 'night gallery', large stone in pond, takes you outside the city gates near the stables, for fast travel to parts of cyrodill.
Sorry the mod appears stalled. i am assuming that when you select Amantius you do not have a topic "i know what you have been up to'. ruffing up a NPC who is not seated or when there are witnesses will call the guards.
this is what should go down during the Blood Rain quest. Gilen gives you the VH04BloodRain quest. you should get a target indicator for Amantius. sounds like this is working Amantius needs to be in his home for this to work. you need to confront him and he should have a topic 'i know what you have been up to'. if you do not have this topic then you might be able to enter console and type addtopic VH04Accuse. then try to talk with him again. after you accuse him, you need to search his house. in the basement is a trigger that should update the quest log and send you back to talk to Amantius. he has a new topic 'what about the blood in the basement', at which point you instruct Amantius to sit down. the quest then checks to determine if Caula is in the room. you cannot beat an NPC if other NPC's are in the room or if the NPC is not sitting. so select Caula and instruct her to go upstairs, if she does not go on her own. once Caula is upstairs and Amantius is seated you then must ruff him up until he confesses. this will send you to get the lab key from the deer head and then into his lab to investigate what he is up to. in the lab find a humorous notebook and some plants that you can take and drop anywhere then when you give them some red meat and nightshade will produce a fun elixir. after the lab select Amantius again, new topic 'are the plants in your lab dangerous?' you will need to ruff him up again before he will confess all. if Caula has reentered the room, then you should be able to send her back upstairs before you get tough with Amantius.
you might also try entering console, selecting Amantius, then type evp. this should force the game to evaluate Amantius packages. you may also try leaving the room and reentering, this forces the game to reload the cell.

he will not sit until you have searched the basement and found the blood. i assume you got this far and that you asked him "what about the blood in the basement" that would have set stage 27, at this point he should start to sit down, it then checks to see if Caula is present if so you need to tell her to go upstairs, if not it should be setting stage 32, log entry 'he needs a little persuasion...' if you have gotten this log entry, then i am not sure what is going on except Amantius is not updating his packages. you say that you have tried selecting him and typing in console 'evp'?
if this fails then, could you go to console, type: sqv VH04BloodRain. this should give you a list of quest variables, so if you could tell me where you are at in the quest, quest log entry, first few words sufficient, and what the sqv reveals, then i should be able to help you out.
i do not see why this mod would conflict with a mod that adds unique landscapes or changes buildings. even if the mod changes ingame meshes, then it should still work, i do have a few unique meshes, but i do not change ingame meshes.
sorry for the confusion, archived the two fix files, they are no longer necessary.
the two extra files were for persons who had downloaded the file before the latest version, so they could download a small .esp file and fixed items, then replace, and they would up and running.
the Dogon were not meant to be playable characters, so that may be the problem you are having. otherwise not sure what you are trying to do. the Dogon first officer and engineer are already female versions.
