This mod makes use of the worldspace behind the Cyrodiil border, adding a small area in the south western part of Falkreath, Skyrim, where you can discover and hunt like a true Nord.
Uploaded version 1.3 and added: Palisade Set Gallow Tavern (but somehow I can't make the script to rent a room work, but you can sleep on the ground between the drunkards) Modest Player's House (You have to earn it)
NB: there are some issues with an helmet I added. I'll try to solve it.

There was a mod called Falkreath by ghastley which is still host on the authors web site.
The only thing that's left of it on this site is the translation Falkreath - Spanish Translation which shows where it located. Most of the mod use regular game assets the only thing missing would be the clothes and wig that use but the tavern maid, the gaurds armor balck smith sign and an wood carving; that's if you want use that translation to check it out. If not I could pm you the link to the author web site.
My question is do you think this mod might conflict with it. I would be trying out my self but my full load order atm.
This is cool and really well done. I really like the houses and atmosphere of the area. I know of some resources that might be of use to ya
Ok I made some room in load order to try this and it dose not conflict with Falkreath by ghastley at all in fact it adds to the mod in away. It dose however conflict with Skyrim Nord Tombs as one of the tombs is in front of the board crossing next to road sign. The land around board crossing is a little messed up because of the conflict . A patch could be made that fixes this easy enough.
Good for letting me know. I'll check it out. But it is hard for me to find out what causes this because no npc has routines all the way up to Bravil nor are they part of a Bravil faction. I haven't got this issue as far as I know.
I did have to make a patch that fixed some terrain issue and path way issue from Echo Cave, a mod called John's Skyrim Entry - Bleak Falls Cave 1.1 and, the watch tower add by your mod. That may have given them away to travel to Cyrodill.

I DLed and ran throught the parts that were available :) Do all NPCs have daily routines? I copied the farmer/rake but didn't work (as usual) in my setup. I will take a closer look to see what I do wrong. Very annoying. Lovely setup by the way. If you like to test my mod you are welcome.
At last you made it for me - my first duty ready NPC. I will be pleased to have you around !! I have uploaded an image that you can use if you like it :) This is your renamed NPC by the way. You really made my day!

The landscape changes cause some objects to float and others to be half buried.
Some objects also clip with others.
