      It's a reshade preset. you point reshade to it rather than it needing a specific location.

   With this mod I am one step closer to turning Oblivion into an entire painting! now all I need is to either find, or make a texture overhaul that takes its inspiration from oil paintings (much like that one quest)

   What Oblivion Reloaded effects do you recommend us to activate in order to get the exact same results?

      I believe I just used the second preset on the mod page, disabled motion blur and enabled distant dof. If that doesn’t look right try the third preset instead with the same changes.

   Very good preset. I like it. The textures, however, give you fits of vomiting (I know...they have nothing to do with the preset.)

   It says calibrated around, does that mean it's an absolute requirement or a soft requirement?

      Well it’s ultimately just a reshade preset, it only requires reshade. But I can’t tell you how it will look without NAO or oblivion reloaded.
