Replaces the sound effect for when you level up an attribute with the level up sound from Morrowind.
To install: Extract the Data folder from the zip file into your Oblivion folder.
To uninstall: Go into your Oblivion folder, go to Data\Sound\fx\ui and delete the file called ui_stats_skillup.
I accidentally made it so there's two downloads but they're both the same, you only need to download one of them.
