So I'm sure it's come as a bit of a surprise to everyone, but yes, the UOP has been getting a few updates here and there. Since Sigurd is wanting to make this a semi-regular thing again we've decided to add bug tracking functionality to the AFK Track? site to include Oblivion. So in the future, any new bugs to be reported should be filed there so we can keep track of them properly.

I had to disable the Unofficial Knights to get OBSE to work otherwise it crashed on launch, something is wrong with Knights. and before you ask yes, I have the Knights of the 9 DLC. Please try to fix and update it thanks for all the work you guys do.

Load order is the usual problem
      either

A: missing master, you have a patch loading but you do not have the corresponding DLC loading (in particular check to see that you
have the Knights.esp installed and active) (also check to make sure you
      also
have the UOP installed and loading before the DLC and patches)

      B.  Load order error, you have a patch loading before its corresponding
DLC  (in particular make sure the the knights patch is loading after the
knights DLC, this seems to come up a lot with some mod managers)

      C.  other load order problem, sometimes some combinations of mods make the game more sensitive to load order

Suggestion:   use BOSS utility to manage your load order.

You have checked off the first part of A, but note that the UOP is also a master.
      B. is the most common problem, solved by using BOSS

The UOP conflicts pretty severely with the Horse Armor Patch in this mod, looking in TESEdit. Should I be concerned?

No, for any conflicts let UODP overwrite UOP.

Can i merge the esp to save space in my load order?

Probably not.  Each has a different master file.  Usually you can only merge .esp that have the same master.

As Understand it, I moves the interior location of the middle deck interior of the shipwreck to be further away from a sound object the should not have been in the cell but for some reason cannot be deleted.  I never bother installing it.  Many player who do install it merger into some sort of patch to save an .esp slot.

      From the changelog:
"Removed the Sigil Stone Sound Bug fix from the DLCThievesDen - Unofficial Patch.esp and put it into its own esp (DLCThievesDen - Unofficial Patch - SSSB.esp) where it no longer causes the game to crash upon quitting Oblivion from the main menu"

Hello. I am having a major confusion about Mystic Emporium in regards to this mod. But I cannot tell what is correct. Maybe somebody can give me an explanation.

I have GOTY that comes with the expansion and 9 DLCs. All three of the UOP patch mods. A handful of fixer and texture mods. Running the game with Mod Organizer 2.5.0. All sorted out with LOOT and cleaned with xedit.

Steps - start game, save at the end of sewer, exit sewer, arrive market 10:30am, go directly to Mystic Emporium.

The Mystic Emporium shop is locked. And NPC Ontus Vanin is now standing in front of it.

If I disable only this plugin of the mod: DLCFrostcrag - Unofficial Patch.esp

I can enter Mystic Emporium normally. Just as any shop.

This is very confusing for me as a beginner to this game. Since the mod is meant for fixing glitches. Does that mean being locked and Ontus showing up, is the correct fix for this DLC? Because without that patch activated, the shop is open, And Ontus is inside the shop.

Can somebody explain what is going on here? Like how to get in if the patch plugin is the correction? Or if there's actually a problem here with the patch or me doing something wrong?

    Thanks!

    Additional playtesting:
No additional content installed (Expansion and DLC) and everything from this mod disabled. Just the base game and UOP following the same steps above from the end of sewer.

Base game + UOP = Mystic Emporium shop is open. 2 NPCs inside. Calindil and Ontus.

Above + only Wizard Tower DLC enabled = Mystic Emporium shop is open. 3 NPCs inside. Calindil, Ontus, and Aurelinwae.

Both above + DLCFrostcrag - Unofficial Patch.esp (only component from this mod) = Mystic Emporium shop is locked. NPC Ontus Vanin standing outside.

Results = Basically, regardless if all add-on content is enabled or disabled, the result is the same. Enabling this single component of this mod will produce the shop locked result. Disabling this single component will produce the shop open result.

Usually caused by a mod conflict.  A later loading mod editing the same object (such as an NPC) that was fixed by the patch, thus canceling all edit in earlier loading .esp.  A common offender is OCO, which edits every NPC and requires a pile of additional patches.

Ooh OK. I just found one single patch for OCOv2 called Oblivion Character Overhaul v2 - Unofficial Patch.

I didn't find any others. But it actually worked. The shop is open, and everything is fine. Thanks!

Looks like that handles all DLC and UOP, UOSIP, and UODP:

You may find other mods that also need OCO patches.

I'm not using OCOv2. Mystic Emporium is still bugged. If it wasn't there would be no standalone fixes. This is not the case without UODP.

To anyone who's having this issue; make sure your load order is correct.

DLCFrostCrag.esp must overwrite UOP. UOP made a change to Calindil's record to get rid of one of his sleep AI package, which conflicts with another Calindil's record edit done by DLC itself to make him part of the Mystic Emporium faction so that both Calindil and Aurelinwae could stay in the same shop.

Hello. Any idea how to fix this?

EDIT: Nevermind. This may be a translation problem. Thanks to Arthmoor for making me aware.

Something is really wrong with Altar of Arkay in Chapels. After praying, Altar of Arkay spams with blessings and causes massive lag and blinding.

It's kind of funny that Arkay is so gracious, but I don't think it should be this way. Any solutions for this?

Hello, I have a bug regarding the Battlehorn Castle patch.

When enabled it prevents the merchant's castle upgrades to appear in his sell menu.
I have verified that I have the correct version of oblivion, and load order. And I am not using any other mods aside from the unofficial patches.
I have checked other sources for people replicating this problem but I have not found a working solution.
If I have missed anything or need to do some alternative method to acquire the upgrades, please let me know.

Edit: I forgot to mention that the Battlehorn patch directly causes this problem, and I have tested both with and without it.
And the glitch only appears when I have it enabled, and other patches do not affect the issue at all.

The glitch was most likely caused by installing the unofficial patches after starting the game and the battlehorn questline.
I'll just restart the game from that point without the patches.

The Prophet in Anvil still says "Abadal-a", not "Adabal-a".
According to "Unofficial Oblivion DLC Patches Version History", this "bug" was supposedly fixed by v1.1.9 Twenty-Fourth Release (2016-Aug-13).
    The subtitles fixes are working.
    NDConversations_NDProphetSpeechUmaril_00002A5D_1.mp3 file is in place.
Tested sound replacement with AgarMoreVariedSpellEffects - it works.

    Mods used:
    ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!
    Unofficial Oblivion Patch
    Unofficial Shivering Isles Patch
    Unofficial Oblivion DLC Patches
    Safe Traveling NPC

    Latest versions all, properly sorted.

Maybe a later loading mod than ITMed the dialogue object.
