   (Edited - I was a little too harsh before)
   I like the addition of a skooma dealer, but not sure about the free skooma all over the place. Perhaps it could be marked owned by the inhabitants instead, so you could still steal it.

   high wins. and this is the perfect mod for it.
   (get hign ingame not real life ingame for those retards who think that i would do drugs)

   This is a nice idea. I always wondered why couldn't actually go in the skooma den (legaly) and buy skooma. However, I'm not a skooma addict...
