This library is for developers who want to easily interact with the console.
Installation (User):
Download the zip then unpack it at the base of your oblivion folder.
Usage (User):
If you're installing this without any mods requiring it there is no possible use for it yet.
Installation (Dev):
Follow the user installation then get the headers from here and put them in your include directory.
Usage (Dev):
For now read the guide on creating commands and groups here.
