    Would love one like this but still have to go to them to unlock them. Than just showing them all to be TP to already

      I don't think I understand what you mean. Is there another fast travel menu other than clicking the marker on the map? If not, then this mod does exactly what you want :)

      What I mean is it shows all icons on the map, but they are greyed out, so you still have to go to them to discover them to be allowed to be tp to.

      If you want a mod that makes them greyed out but still visible and only after you traveled to them it makes them available for fast travel, you can use mod like this: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/259

      My mod hides them until you discover them.

      I've also noticed this on doors leading into the cities, which is weird because I didn't even touch those. Do you remember where else you've seen the [NL] tags? I'll try to sort this out, but more information would be appreciated.

      You need to forward all those name records. That should get rid of the NL.

      Hmm, maybe it's because I didn't set Altar ESPs as Parent Masters? Also, is that screenshot from xEdit?

      Anyway, I don't think I know how to forward those records. Can you please provide a link to a resource on how to do it? Thanks for pointing me in the right direction, though! :)

      PS: I'm very new to the Construction Set

    Tested this on a new save, causes Oblivion gates to be open right out of the sewers.

      that is a bug caused by changing difficulty

      Good to hear this mod does not cause it. I was wondering how on earth changing map markers would cause that.

      Well ok but... it was a new save and I literally didn't change the difficulty...

    Wish this was out sooner, now 7 hours in my game and I basically made a rule for myself that I cannot fast travel to a city unless I at least walk up to the city gates myself.

    This was a thing in the old game as well.

    The only city that wasn't given a marker from the beginning was Kvatch.

      Hmmm, I guess I must've misremembered. After all, it's been a while since I last played Oblivion, must've confused it with Skyrim's fast-travel mechanics I've updated the mod's description.

    Could this be installed mid playthrough and we could just rediscover map markers?  Or will it permanently hide them, never to be rediscovered again?

      If you install the mod mid-playthrough, you need to rediscover the affected markers again. That means stables around and gates to every city. They won't be hidden permanently.

      Oh, looks like somebody beat me to it, wasn't there when I checked yesterday It seems that Samantha's mod works even better, since according to the description, it can be installed mid-playthrough!
