      OblivionRemastered\Binaries\
I honestly don't know what the 'content' folder is used for.
Afaik, there is only one OblivionRemastered\Binaries\

I really don't know or want to give you inaccurate info.
My guess is it would be the same folder, Binaries.
Tried looking it up on PCGamingWiki but don't know.

      i got it, no worries!
      Xbox GamePass Location:
      \Content\OblivionRemastered\Binaries

if you wanna add that to the description for other gamepass users. i made a quick shortcut to that file so i can drag & drop batch files on demand, making my own "mod" now for adding full armor sets with just 1 exec at a time

I generally don't like level games. I think it's enough armor and weapons to increase your defense and damage.
In this case, to display all the characteristics at 100 is to lose some kind of personality of the character.

This system needs to be completely changed. So that everyone has the same level, the player and the enemies. Only the difficulty of the enemies should depend on the armor and weapons they are wearing.

This mod really removes part of the problem, but since it's superficial, it also removes the player's personality. For example, you can make stats 50% everywhere, and then dance only from armor and weapons and remove leveling altogether. So that the player is always on level 1.

This. I loathe the entire leveling/xp system in games, and whenever possible, I'll "jailbreak" games with mods by setting everything to max so I can ignore the ridiculous arcade nonsense and just enjoy the adventure, quests, and characters. Doing this does affect the player character's "personality/identity" but I find it to be a small price to pay so that I don't have to think about the absurdity of grinding for magic numbers that allow me to pull skills and abilities out of thin air, let alone finding a weapon that magically deals more or less damage than another identical weapon because of some magic number list. All values regarding health/damage should be calculated from weapons/projectiles/powers & armor instead of nonsensical magic numbers.

Wait, wont this make it so you're only getting items at whatever your current level is? Also, wont we be super OP at level 1 with every stat maxed out?

Sure, but you can manually set your level, remember there's no leveling any more.
After the Sewer, I set mine to level 40, wanted to get higher level Enemies and Loot.
Yes, it's an overpowered game but many of us have been playing this game for almost 20 years.
Nothing wrong with having a little fun or a whole lotta fun!

Oh i get it. I mod every game i play eventually lol. Been modding games since Morrowind. Thanks for the mod regardless. I have same reason for wanting it lol. But also, finding I no longer have the patience to level up in games any more and it is immersion breaking af when my character cant do the most basic things until "x" level is achieved. So dumb. Installing now.

Same, been 15 years or so since I last played this game and I do the same thing in the Fallout games. It is up you now how you want your run to go. Sure a good bit of it will be the same but you get to help, or hinder, yourself in your own way and in your own time.

      Seriously?
It says, it gives you max stats, how is that not understood by you and your bro?

How can I hold your hand, to help you understand?
Also, it basically said if you were happy with it, Endorse and Kudos.
Hard to believe you are happy in RL much less, in this thread.
Trust me, it most likely doesn't apply to you.

255, is max atm, hope you like it.
It's crazy the run speed at 255, also jumping!
I had to use a Trainer to set Player speed to 0.7 , lmao.

I always end up adding to my skill levels and tweaking my characthers manually in these games because I never liked scaling and how fast you level up. I like to explore and do stuff, but playing oblivion this weekend was a weird thing. I first tried some mods to slow down leveling but it was doing some weird thing where it was slowing all skills down or making them equal. didnt like that and it ended up being extremely slow, even with a 0.5 rate felt like took ages for anything to level up.

So then i got ascension, and now its opposite/vanilla i guess maybe with tweaks and its way to fast. Somehow I had stacked up 7 levels by time i left sewer, did 1 cave dungeon and then i stealthed around the main city stealing everything that wasnt nailed down, breaking every lock etc. and i'm probably half of the houses down in my crime spree. level 7 in a few hours doesnt sound to crazy but it just surprised me when i went to do my first level up...and i had 5 more levels waiting to do too. like the game just kept speeding along all on its own.

idk if i will ever find a balance i like. i know max level is 30 but to me that should take many many hours and feel like i have accomplished a lot, at this rate i'll be there halfway through the game. and then theres the skill level issue where the mobs are now my level, so unless i planned ahead and used every advantage trick of carefully doing stats and skills, end up not having enough health/magic or weapon to fight back.

Its not like most rpgs where you just start at 1 and naturally progress and by the end you feel accomplished at your level for things you've done because its an open world and so much to do, that the levels are more of a annoyance and hinderance to the gameplay. and sure there's some challenge to be had if you underleveled and its fun to be overleveled but since scaling mobs you kinda stuck in this weird in between thing.

If i choose to sneak and steal for a few hours i shouldnt be punished by being level 7 with underleveled stats. it takes away the freedom of what you want to do and forces you to min/max or level your main skills in fear of having mobs destroying you later because you didnt do a lot of combat yet.

idk if trying another slow down mod again will make it any better. i'd be better off just figuring out a way to not have minor skills level you at all, and when you ready to level up you go out and do the normal way of an rpg...you fight stuff. hopping around like a madman leveling athlectics, buying and haggling items or sneaking around shouldnt give you multiple levels in a play session.

    what a mess.

Yeah, bethesda has spent the last 30 years trying be different.
Instead they just break it, and fans have to fix it. 🤦‍♂️
