Description:
- Makes important characters that can die essential durring their quests and makes them killable again after
- Allows you to do quests at high levels without worrying about NPCs dying against the high level enemies
- Let me know if I missed any NPCs or quests that should be added

Installation:
1. Extract "EssentialQuestNPCs.esp" to "\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data\"
2. Add "EssentialQuestNPCs.esp" as a new line to plugins.txt located in "\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data\"
