Adds teleportation spells to quickly travel between cities, homes, and other places of interest as an alternate to fast travel. Spells are integrated into vendor spells lists, fall under the mysticism branch, and are balanced around mana costs from Morrowind.

Currently all major cities, except Leyawiin, as well as Frostcrag Spire are covered and purchasable from vendors listed below.

Installation
- Move the .esp into the data folder
- Add `SimpleTeleportationSpells.esp` to the bottom of plugins.txt and save

Known Issues
- Due to the cells used, and other quest considerations, teleporting during certain questlines will likely cause errors and put your game into a weird state.
- Teleportation happens before hand opens as part of spell animation.

* These are unresolvable until the modding community better understands how to fix these. They're likely table entries that need to be entered somewhere to help with the translation and localization between the Oblivion engine and Unreal Engine 5.
Since AltarESPMain.esp became a master file for the esp upon editing Bravil, my construction set freezes before loading it all in. Will look at workarounds such as merging esps to add new spells.
