Xorberax's Slow Motion Shortcut Wheel
Slows down time when the shortcut wheel is open (default: R), giving you more time to find and choose your option in the heat of the moment.
Installation
Requires UE4SS for OblivionRemastered.
Download this mod's "SlowMotionShortcutWheel.zip", and extract its "SlowMotionShortcutWheel" folder into your UE4SS's Mods folder:
You should then have the resulting "SlowMotionShortcutWheel" folder in your Mods folder:
Launch the game and when you have the Shortcut Wheel open, time will slow down.
