Hi Logriff, great conception, but the application is not great.

I have installed your preset and played around for a-bit. Looks great, but it is very performance heavy; I know that is mentioned in your description.
In my own personal presets I combine the effects you have used into 'LUT' files that can be loaded as a png with the 'LUT.fx' shader. As many people struggle with this, I have converted your preset into a very performance friendly variant that is completely identical to this preset. However instead of dropping me from 110fps to 90fps, it now drops me from 110fps to 108fps with no visual difference.

Here is the link for you to check it out, feel free to upload it as your own if you would like as I don't need credit for this.

You could use my reshade. It has 0 performance impact and looks identical to this

Kinda, here's how my presets are installed from my profile:

      • Launch the ReShade installer and select your games exe.
      • Choose the rendering API: DirectX 10/11/12
      • When prompted to select a preset, click Browse and choose 'Alinor - Technoet1c Edit.ini'
      • Finish installation, then copy all of my preset files into the games exe location. Replace if prompted.

Is it normal to not get the ReShade splash screen when using your version?

I think I have it installed correctly, but using the HOME key doesnt bring up ReShade like it normally does after I installed using your instructions.

      Please grant me clarity!

@Logriff so did you end up updating your files with his optimized version or do we still need it ?

Screenshots look great, but no idea what is/where to find the "reshade setup" you mentioned, since the upload only contains an ini file. Could you please add installation instructions?

This is how all reshade presets work. You need to download reshade itself from the reshade website. These mods are just the preset.

Figured it out. Still, I'm sure I am not the only user who never used any reshades before and 5 sentences about it would be very helpful.

Is this a successor to Ayeleid, or is it its own thing?

It's definitely its own thing ! It is made with way more heavy effects and colors.
