I added an optional file for a version with red details, only use one!!!
Now with Many variants, only use one. Check the pictures to see which you like. I recommend all black or Black with red hand as my favourites.
To install either use vortex or extract the archive to your mod file ie C:\Games\steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Paks\mods
to change textures we have to use fmodel to extract, then the unrealeditor 5.3.2 to create the pak files I spent all day figuring this out through trial and error.
For mod compatibility I assigned the textures to chunk 233
