All magic effects will be available for spellmaking/enchanting, assuming you have the effect as a spell already.

Spellmaking/Enchanting anywhere

Increases the summon limit to 10

Adds some utility spells 

-Hunter's Sight: Scripted toggleable Night Eye/Detect Life
-True Invisibility: Scripted toggleable chameleon
-Conjure Black Soul Gem: Pay a heavy physical price to create a black soul gem
-Blood Transfiguration: Turn mana into health (also unlocks restore mana for enchanting)
-Bound Mythic Dawn Armor
-Master Key: Opens "Needs A Key" level locks
-Lock: Previously unavailable spell for locking doors/containers
-Reanimation
-Several rare/unobtainable summon spells


Spell effects not normally available can now be found at Shady Sam, NE of Chestnut Handy Stables

Keep in mind, a lot of spells previously unavailable might do nothing or have adverse effects when used for enchanting.
