So, it does affect other NPCs to level up their power. Literally, it took me 15 mins to kill a normal half naked raider. You should have warned this in your mod description, lol.
not sure if it's because i had to do a fresh install or not (removing all my mods), but I keep crashing during combat and I have all the same mods reinstalled except for this one. Will update if I figure it out.
Launch your game and reload your save once more. If it still doesn’t work, it means you installed it incorrectly. I just tested it with both a new game and an old save, and it works perfectly. Thanks ! :)
After putting the Esp into the Data Folder it worked. Same goes for all the other mods. That is what the issue was and many of these people need to do the same to get it working. Thanks brother! :)
You can create a new character, it won't be level 100 with the stats right away. Once you've created your character, save your game, reload it, and normally everything should work fine.
