Yup. 3 Trolls loaded as soon as I exited the sewers. I had installed a nerf mod, and I am currently on Adept. Totally can't beat them. lol! Sneak archer sniping required. Either I change difficulty to beat them, or I uninstall the mod. I'll just uninstall this mod for now, but I like it. Test completed!

Made my character, Witnessed the Emperor get necked for the 50th thousandth time, Then proceeded to get absolutely bummed by three trolls outside the sewers, 10/10 mod.
The inconsistency with mods between users may be just also because the remaster uses the default Oblivion behavior of loading mods by last modified instead of respecting your 'load order' in plugins.txt
