There should be a cloth sack right in the jail cell you start in, make that sack unique and use that for the first "chest" there is also a few containers across the water at the first ruin you see that can be made unique and used. :)
It works but is way too over the top. As a starter chest I was hoping for something that gave a better weapon some reasonable armour, maybe an Elvan bow and arrows, but this was totally rediculous!! Why would anyone need 10000 lockpicks, 10000 Azura's Stars come to that 10000 of anything ??? The chest basically contains at least one of every item in game including rings and amulets, every scroll (10000 of each) potions by the bucket-full. WARNING .... DO NOT HIT THE TAKE ALL BUTTON when you open the chests otherwise you will spend the next 3 weeks trying to get rid of everything before you can move . Kudos for being able to mod the game, but let's be sensible about it.
Just FYI. This happened to me. I don't have this mod, but don't think it's this mod since it happened to me without any mods installed and it was the EPIC games app that caused it cause when I checked the EPIC games app had crashed and closed.
Yes, you can use this. Go back into the prison sewer all the way to the emperor dude's corpse. There will be two closed doors. Use the `unlock` console command on the locked doors. Profit.
