With my specs I get :
Without mod : 40-50 fps in interiors and 30 fps in open world. With the mod : 60 fps in interiors and 40-50 fps in open world.
My specs are :
I5-3570k GTX 1060 6gb 16gb ram Game is on NVME
My in-game settings are :
All on low except texture set to medium. I use TSR with resolution scale set to 43. I don't use upscaling like xess or FSR, and nvidia reflex set to off.
Only problem is the game can crash if I'm using exterior programs.
If the game crash very often try to add the .exe files & the installation folder itself in the exclusions of windows defender.
MAKE SURE TO MAKE THE FILE READ ONLY IN PROPERTIES
You can edit shadows settings in the line of Engine.ini "r.ShadowQuality=" to whatever you want, I set it on 0 but you can set it on 1, 2 or 3 if you can handle it to have them back :)
