Added reset spell, New reservation formula, fixed spell xp

TURN OFF ALL TOGGLES BEFORE UPDATING

Removed mana refunding, as spamming spells refilled all magicka.

Zombie/Skeleton reserve fixed.

Only use one main file

x2 durations for all summons, and makes all bound weapons 45s, and armor 60s. The spell tome dlc bound spells have longer durations.
