Although It does feel a bit cheaty, but for me it is a god-send! I have played the original through many...many....many times and this time, a little quality of life is OKAY by me lol Thank you for the mod! It does not interfere with the Valuable Clutter mod by SamFisher338, which is grand. No more overcumber for me...ever.
In a world of magically enchanted items, this is a helluva lot less cheaty than just playing basically the entire game in god mode so you aren't overencumbered lol
Exited an Oblivion portal, couldn't move. I see a message in the corner of my eye. Not just any message. "The" message. You are over-en, well, f*cked is what they meant to say. The rock? Check my napsack. Gone. Lost the f*cking rock. It's been 4 days, I've moved 4 feet. F*ck.
Hello, would it be possible to create a version that reduces the weight by a smaller amount, such as 1000 or 2000? I would prefer the backpack mod like in the original Oblivion, but without official modding support, we'll have to wait a long time for that.
one thing you can do. put a feather enchantment on one of your armours it then sets the current weight to 0 out of what every your actuall carry weight is so for me when i wear my feather boots my carry is 0/260 i pick up somthing that weighs 30 my carry weight is then 30/260
if u go to where u instailled the game from you can follow this path to get the folder u need. XboxGames/Oblivion Remastered/Content/OblivionRemastered/Content/Dev/ObvDev/Data once u have it in the folder and changed plugins file it will work like the author says. load or create new character and it will auto load into your inventory

I had two rings with the feather enchantment. Un-equiping both and then re-equiping them solved the issue for me where the rock just stopped working.
literally crying right now
must have been the wind
