This is a simple edit of the game settings, which makes it so you always receive skill experience when casting a spell. I felt it was silly that you could muster the most powerful spell you know, but would learn absolutely nothing just because the projectile didn't connect. Now, when your Flare misses, or you cast a Minor Heal Wounds at full health, for example, you will still receive half the normal experience.
There are also files available which lower the XP gain by various amounts, the details of which can be found in the files section.
Installation Just drop the contents into Oblivion Remastered\OblivionRemastered\Content\Dev\ObvData\Data, and add the name of the plugin at the end of Plugins.txt. Same goes for uninstallation, but in reverse.
Compatibility
Compatible with anything that doesn't edit the skill records for Alteration, Conjuration, Destruction, Illusion, Mysticism and Restoration.
