This will improve the odds of the auto lockpick function.
For scale with Security 10:
Hard - I averaged 2.1 lockpick breaks
Very Hard - I averaged 3 lockpick breaks
Open Plugins.txt and add BetterAutoLockpick.esp as the last line.

This will make the auto lockpick function unlock the lock 100% of the time, unless I misunderstood the math. In my testing it worked every time.
Open Plugins.txt and add BetterAutoLockpickAlways.esp as the last line. -

Very Hard - I averaged 22.7 lockpick breaks
