Extract PluginsandPaksManager to any drive and directory to your liking. Upon launching PluginsandPaksManager.exe, it will prompt to select the OblivionRemastered folder browse for it manually. It will create a settings.ini config to save the path.
Typically OblivionRemastered folder should be in this folder
Double click to individually Enable/Disable mod esp
Delete key to delete and remove mod
Drag & Drop archive to add mods (Supported Format : zip, 7z, rar, tar, gz, bz2, xz)
Drag & Drop to add mods (Supported Format : esp, pak, ucas, utoc)
Drag mod in the plugins list to arrange order
Cross Drag to move mods between list (Default ↔ Custom Mods List)
Right-Click to create Category and Move mods to Category

Q: Do you have any plans to release the source code? A: I don’t plan to release it, but as of version 4.2, I’ve decided not to bundle all libraries. This increases transparency about its inner workings and significantly reduces the likelihood of it being detected as a virus.
