Very simple and works well once the correct location is figured out. For anyone having trouble installing, you can put the exe anywhere, but point it to this directory:
weird, it didn't for me. I did upload to VirusTotal and it came out 6/72, I'll post the source code if there are many people who can actually check. Right now I'm overhauling the whole thing.
Same goes here, for any of the 'Plugin.txt' updaters people have been releasing. As it stands right now, I'm having to disable my antivirus anytime I add or update my mods.
This is for Steam, for Xbox I forgot but it does have the same OblivionRemastered folder. Unless of course if you used a cracked version, then I can't help you there.
Is it installed via game pass? If so, are you placing it in C:\XboxGames\The Elder Scrolls IV- Oblivion Remastered\Content? It should exist on whatever drive you have it installed on under that similar file path. That folder contains the OblivionRemastered folder.
I've not tested this app myself as source code isn't available to review, but please be aware that these two plugins should never be enabled (at least in the current game version). They are disabled by default and contain errors (All the new plugins do, actually. LOADS of errors).
I am aware of that and it is not included and is ignored, everything in the Plugins.txt is as is untouched after installing the game. This also make a backup of the original Plugins.txt as Plugins.bak, simply click Default to revert or you can just rename Plugin.bak to Plugins.txt

Working on GamePass version for me.
It may take a couple of months for it to be cleared. It happens a lot.
