I'm using oblivion's construction set. Statics dont work in construction set in the traditional sense. I think you need to convert over a ton of records to be able to port something over and have it work. I'm working on an unowned interior right now. I don't know how to script really, but someone just uploaded a port. They said they wrote a pascal script to convert records. I don't have tons of xedit knowledge, some I'm unsure of what to even be looking out for.
Yea so what I did was Install original Oblivion. Install Construction Set in Oldblivion. Installed Construction Set Extender. Then Haphestia suggested dumping the data folder from Remblivion into Oldblivion. I also unpacked the textures and meshes of Remblivion, and dumped that into oldblivion aswell. Any dupes of objects don't appear in game. I tried making a note, npc, duped containers, new potions, interior cell.. nada. Crashes as soon as you cross into the cell.
looks cool, would be even better if you could add a shelter over bedroll. Looks like your good at making homes i saw your original oblivion house hope you mod creators bring homes like that to the remaster eventually
I'm in the process of unpacking all of the textures and meshes so I can load up all of the new plugins faster. Statics don't load in so there's really not a whole lot of things I can add in at the moment. I was thinking about making a cabin out of all containers lol. I tried to make an interior cell, but it instantly crashes when you try to enter it. Thanks man. I would love to make a crazy player home, but for now there's a lot of playing around to see what works.
Na Haphestia, and Velken were first, but thanks. I tried deleting some containers from a nearby ruined house, but they still appeared in game. I believe you need to use Altar plugins to make changes like that. I got it to fully load over night, but my dumbass closed CS when I woke up without thinking lol.
Ah might not be relevant this person seems to believe that fixes only updated strings not newly added ones: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/304?tab=description

Alternatively, just make the abandoned house be not-so-abandoned and player owned once they buy it?
PS: What did you exactly use to make this? I want to add my old manor to the game

Worth a go though.
