Noticed that your FPS tanks when it starts to rain and the sounds for rain are truly awful?
This mod is a simple fix for this problem by preventing the game from raining or playing rain sounds in the first place. If you do not have a mod manager you must add RainFPSFix.esp to your Plugins.txt found in \steamapps\common\Oblivion Remastered\Oblivion
