Works on all nvidia GTX cards (1060, 1070, 1080...), and AMD cards. For RTX and all other cards, you have to try it and see for yourself. I only have GTX 1070 to test it out. This wont break your game, just delete engine.ini and the game will make a new one.
In-game option is still grayed out and shows as OFF, but it works. Compare the FPS in same area and look for ghosting. Thats the confirmation that it works.
Installation:
Make sure you are on FSR upscaling and after that paste and replace engine.ini in this location (where your save game data is) :
