Author of that mod says that the Ascension mod does the same thing, so if you are running Ascension there's no need for his mod and Ascension is compatible with these other two. Just FYI if you play with Ascension.
Ahh this is fantastic, thank you - I saw the original mod author of the Hooded Outlaws and the Balanced Level Caps said they weren't compatible and I was stuck trying to decide which bandit mod to use! Finally we can have proper immersive bandits!
(I'm assuming the level cap prevents them from spawning with unimmersive armour? If not, then as fibre said below it may need to be merged with Impoverished Bandits too!)
so the level cap given by the author is a bit too high so there are higher chances the bandits still spawn with high level gear the max level cap is around level 30, which is still too high. The poor bandit mod ensures only human made common armors are always present on the bandits and with this mod you can have shady looking NPCs who wear hoods.
Ahh that makes sense then thank you! Agreed with your suggestion, Impoverished Bandits is definitely an essential mod to stop them from feeling out of place.

Possible to get Hood + poor bandits + Balanced NPC Level Cap?
- Bandits only wear normal bandit style armors
- Bandits only scale to a reasonable level for bandits
- Bandits can wear hoods
Some would say it's how they should've been all along ;P

Got CTD Removed hooded outlaws and the patch and the game runs now possibly a conflict with ascension?
(I'm assuming the level cap prevents them from spawning with unimmersive armour? If not, then as fibre said below it may need to be merged with Impoverished Bandits too!)
