I used the 4GB vram file (I have an Nvidia GeForce GTX 1050 Ti) and holy crap this has saved the game for me. I can actually run it on medium settings (+high textures, low shadows and distance) and I get around 40 fps. On low settings it's a very stable 60. Thank you!!

For me works even better than this https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/39
Overall feels more stable and smooth. But what is more important CPU is not struggling so much, yes there is spikes sometimes but i used to play on a much worse setup for years so for me everything feels playable now. On top of that i run reshade which also takes quite some resources.
TL;DR If you have an old CPU definitely try this optimizer, don`t forget to make a backup of your Engine.ini !!!!
Noob question. I already have some engine tweaks from other mods.. So do I like just paste them at the bottom of your file? The tweaks were so long I don't know where to put them. I have motion blur and lumen tweaks. I don't know if I should like delete those portions in your file or just past it before the start of your string or at the bottom.

Tried a few and only this one seem to work. I still need to use Lossless Scaling to have stable playable framerate in exteriors (with this tweak I get about 20-30 fps outside, interiors are butter smooth 60). The only downside I noticed so far that on Low Shadows they will look ugly made from gigantic pixels that will constantly move. Set your Shadows to medium and it should look better. Hey there, I don't know if you had a chance to try it out or not. Yes, various engine.ini settings can vastly improve performance with Unreal Engine. I have used the Ultimate Engine Tweaks one with my i7-11700 and rtx 3060 and got a roughly 30fps improvement in the open world. Going to try this one because people say it's a little better.
It can't hurt. You can delete it if it doesn't do what you want, the game will just regenerate a new engine.ini when you load it up again.
Hey, thank you for your comment. My configuration really works better than the top-rated Ultimate Engine Tweaks. But by changing the description to it, I don't think it will affect anything.
Я использую другой оптимайзер и заметил что во время дождя вокруг персонажа появляется некая область отрисовки радиусом 3м, это из за него или какие то другие параметры влияют?

I feel this runs smoother than Ultimate Engine Tweaks. It's my go-to engine tweak.
Re-run your gpt description using this prompt: Don't so sound cheesy and cliche, and make this sound more casual as if a person actually wrote it.
