Anyway you could add this to steam workshop so we could use it on GeforceNow? This looks amazing and completely fixes the one serious gripe I have with the remastered edition.
Fantastic reshade and hands down my favorite so far. Goes a long way towards restoring the dreamy and high fantasy look of the original. While I was excited by the improvements in the remaster, I was really taken aback by the severe shift in color grading to desaturated brown. Virtuos seems to have put a lot of heart into the remaster, but that choice really takes away from the Oblivion feel. Fortunately, modders have immediately jumped on the problem. I've tried a number of them now, and I like this one by far the best. As others have noted, besides the color choices, a significant differentiator is an attempt to capture some of the original bloom effect.
Absolutely the best reshade I have seen. The difference in visual quality is just insane! I have experienced some seriously jaw dropping moments thanks to this, so thank you!
Definitely needed to tweak it a bit - I am on a Samsung Odyssey G6 OLED so my colors are super deep. Had to turn down the bloom and tonemapping a bit. Beyond that, it's fantastic.
Endorsed, and have been recommending this in the communities I am in.
This almost looks perfect, but I think the color tint is just a tiny bit overdone. With defog 0.006 instead of 0.011 it's pretty much perfect, except for the inventoy.
My problem too haha. Surprisingly, over the last few days, simply from tweaking my own reshade,I came to something very similar to yours, and I definitely agree that I can't stop tweaking stuff back and forth, it's so frustrating 😭. I wish I could just relax and choose one and be done with it and play the game normally.
Maybe that's what happened to the dev that decided on the final color grading for the game. He just said f it and gave up after perpetually going back and forth and left it on red hue.
Jagged, just try what you uploaded with lesser defog, it's still a bit greenish, but also has natural looking people. I wish they would have tried to emulate the old dreamy vibe of the original
Indeed, the OG game had a ton of bloom, and some people disliked it, a lot didn't so this is perfect. It also improves the graphics and even the feel of the game even more.
