DON'T do Reshade if you're unsure it will run. I had to reinstall my windows and basically wipe my compute clean to get rid of this bull-crap program. No offense to ini developers.

But the Reshade itself messed up my system and my FPS dropped by 10 and I started having freezes, even with Reshade uninstalled with their tool.

The worst program ever, will not touch it with a ten foot pole. I realize I may have done something wrong (though I followed instructions word for word) BUT NO PROGRAM IN THE WORLD should be so unforgiving to my theoretical mistake as to require complete operating system reinstall.

Rot in hell, Reshade creators. Preset creators, you're good.

What the f*#@ lol. Reshade drops a couple of files in the Game Folder thats it. You fucked up your PC in a different way. You either confuse it with ENB or you downloaded Reshade from a fake website and got Malware

I'm a little torn. Both this and Ayleid are really nice. You've done an awesome job!

Ayleid - Feels like a colour correction of how the game's art-style is meant to be for the remaster.

Anequina - Feels more like the slightly "overbloomed" saturation that kinda added to the fantasy experience in the original.

Perhaps I shall simply switch between the two, ad-hoc :)

This is a great Reshade because it doesn't change much other than clarity and a little color pop etc. It makes it better without going overboard.

An excellent reshade! I always end up having to adjust all reshades I try out. I didn't have to touch this one at all. For me, it's just perfect. Thank you, Logriff!

Will there be a 2.0 release of this to match the other presets 2.0?

Absolutely! I'm working on it, trying to do the best possible vanilla experience out of reshade :)

Repost from my comment on the Ayleid Reshade:

To anyone who is experiencing heavy freezing, stuttering or high CPU usage even in Menu's when using ReShade. These steps seemed to have solved my issue.

Once loaded in, hit Home to open ReShade's GUI. Select the ENB Preset you wish to use. Once that is loaded, go to Add-ons and select Aspect Ratio Heuristics set to Match Resolution Exactly. Once this is done, go to Settings. I like to use the Home (Effect
Toggle Key) and Insert (Effect Reload Key) to ensure I have methods of enabling, disabling, or restarting it in case there are issues.

Onto the last and most important step. The stutters, lag and high CPU usage seems to come from shader compiling. ReShade seems to reallllly like to recompile shaders, im no expert but this could be due to UE5. Anyway! In General settings, above Clear Effect Cache, check Load only Enabled Effects (for this to work properly, Anequina Reshade Preset must be selected). I also cleared the Effect Cache as a precaution, but you may not have to. As goes without saying, those of you running the game on a hard drive and not an SSD may have varying levels of performance.

Maybe just me, maybe placebo, maybe its mayballine, but I wanted to post this anyway as a means to help some who may be in my boat.

Side note: if you're still experiencing a 10-20+fps frame difference when using ReShade, or any form of heavy instability, this could be for a slew of reasons that would require a deeper dive. There is also a Performance Mode in the bottom right hand corner of the ReShade menu, enable this, and disable Screen Space Reflections if you feel like the ReShade is causing issues with stability, if its STILL not solving the problem, lower your settings, or don't use ReShade until the game gets a lil more stable.

I gotta say this looks legit! about to download, was looking for a reshade that keeps the artist's vision but adds a depth to the colors. I feel a world on the brink of oblivion should be somewhat gloomy and not out of some princess fairytale.

Man, I thought I wanted that blue/green color palette back from the original game, but this looks amazing. The color palette the devs chose is actually fine, it's just the fog and lack of clarity that makes it look bad.

Thanks! This preset looks phenomenal. Disabling FakeHDR makes this preset work perfectly together with renodx and native HDR and makes the game look absolutely stunning! :D
