I’m not sure what’s causing it, as I don’t have any other mods that touch enemies, but the hungers and grummites spawning in the kvatch portal and in kvatch itself are attacking and killing the regular scamp and dremora spawns
+1 even in generic oblivion gate, the daedra are hostile towards each other .. maybe there are some Shivering Isles creatures and regular with different factions which are set hostile in the game files? Idk
Cool mod, but it's not all lore-friendly. I recommend altering the description a little and then reading up on the different races that live in Oblivion, particularly what lives where and who goes with whom
In this instance, lore-friendly additions include more Dremora variety, Xivilai, Ruinachs, and I could go on, but you get the point.
Some serve multiple masters; in this case, only Seducers could stay in reality due to some being bent to his will by Dagon. This is why I said not ALL lore-friendly.
You say "lore-friendly" but I would argue it's weird for creations of Sheogorath (grummites and saints/seducers) to be Mehrunes Dagon's realm of Oblivion. Seeing wetland frog people chilling out in a blazing inferno is super out of place.
It would be more lore-friendly to introduce Hungers and maybe Flesh Atronachs. Idea for an alternative version?
Def agree on the grummites and the saints; only reason im holding off to try out the mod tbh. Would def leap if an alternate was made without them alone lol.

The more things to come across in the word the better :D

https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Mehrunes_Dagon is a good place to start.

Customize the mod to your liking and stop harping on about something that hardly anyone cares about
Enjoy your day :D
