      If you install the stutter remover and other essential mods/patches yes they do

      the engine tweaks mod i assume u r referencing? isnt that just a bunch of placebo unnecessary tweaks? that dude uploads that same file every time an unreal engine game comes out

      I've got the game itself running well but reshade itself is causing stutters if it's enabled even with zero effects loaded, i've seen other users say the same
