Incompatible with https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivionremastered/mods/642?tab=description game crashes if you try to use the slow motion effect while this mod is active.
Maybe some others have experiment similar things than I have. This mod edit the same function as another one from the same author : Analog Controller Speed and remove Inertia - Gliding (UE4SS) As UE4SS seems to have it load order based on the folder's name, it will load Analog first and Slow motion second. And it causes CTD. (at last for me)
If UE4SS load Slow Motion first, everything works fine. For that I've just renamed the main folder SlowMotionShortcuts into aaSlowMotionShortcuts.
I think that user is suggesting the mod only slows time when you access the hotkey wheel through pressing 'R' instead of holding down the number keys. This might actually be a lot of people's problem with this mod not working - I also thought it didn't work because I only ever accessed the hotkey wheel through the number keys and not 'R' until I read this exchange.
This has probably been asked, but is it possible to also slow the duration of buffs?
If I, for example, cast a 5 second chameleon spell and enter the menu to select another spell, game time slows but the 5 second duration on chameleon does not.
This mod is still miles above vanilla and is probably my favorite QOL mod to date. Fixing the above would make it perfect and indistinguishable from a built in feature.

I hope this will help.

I mean ... yeah? That's the whole idea of the mod.
