This is such a cool little mod! I've been messing with the Creation Set, and currently I havn't been able to create a static object that actually shows up in game. Lights? Items? Yes. But no static objects. Did you encounter this issue while making this mod?
edit: I saw on your other mod that you used Activators as stand-ins for static objects.
This is such a cool idea that I could see you or someone else expanding on like making it a city building quest like Kavatch rebuilt or Helgen Reborn. Or even just leaving it as is but adding more to the ruins and adding ghosts or something like that.
Oblivion Remastered is running using the original engine layered ontop of Unreal. So some utilities for the original game can be used in the Remaster while others are completely broken due to Unreal Engine compatibility issues. This is one such example as a utility that still thankfully works
