Yes the Script Extender provides more functions for modmakers to do things like create custom menus (Like as needed for the Mod Configuration Menu mod to exist) among MANY other functions. It's basically a fundamental building block for a huge % of mods in other Beth games.

Awesome, a few days in and you're already adding custom objects. Most of my fears about the obstacles in the way of this game's modding are quickly evaporating. Bright future ahead for Oblivion remastered.
